ALINE Founders

Derek Carroll - ALINE founder and seasoned business builder. Derek skills include taking new products from idea stage to successful, marketable technologies, leading to several IPO's and acquisitions.

Keith Orr - ALINE and Integen founder. Keith led a team in the design of products from footwear for Reebok and others as well as complex medical devices for Johnson & Johnson, Mitek, and others.

Gordon Hay - ALINE and SoleSystems founder, extreme skier and passionate outdoorsman. Gordon's vision led to a multitude of patents and designs. Hay's innovations have been licensed to some of the world's leading footwear companies.

ALINE Team

Jeff Imperato - VP, Marketing. Jeff has a long track record of marketing success at Red Bull North America and in the sporting goods industry. He has taught American Culture at UC San Diego and has won a national championship in single-day adventure racing.

Alan Neveu - Sales Director. Alan is an accomplished skier and golfer who has taught thousands of students in both sports. He brings to ALINE a rich background in developing and managing sporting goods retail businesses throughout New England.
